Have your Product Registration Key available. If you purchased the product on a CD the Registration Key will be attached to the CD case. If you ordered the product online, the Registration Key was emailed to the email address you used at the time of purchase. Before you submit a request, make sure the answer to your question has not already been answered in the "Help" or "User Guide" section of your product.
