Forms Manager is an extensive
collection of over 100, customizable, chiropractic
forms and letters to help you organize your office for maximum
efficiency.

Where applicable, drop-down menus give you easy access
to lists of treatments, diagnostic codes, etc. Selecting an option
from the drop-down menu simply inserts the text directly into the
field.

The chiropractic forms can be filled out on the computer, and then as
many copies as needed can be printed. If desired, the forms can be
printed first and then filled out by hand.
An intuitive user interface gives
you quick and easy access to all of your forms.
Forms Manager will actually
communicate with your staff as they tab from field to field in
the form with specific instructions which appear on the taskbar
at the bottom of the page or by selecting F1 Help when needed.
With this feature the questions will be asked exactly the way
the doctor wants. This is a great training tool for new
staff.
Daily Task Forms will get you started in the mornings and organized
throughout the day with such forms as: Today's Specials, Doctors
Daily Call List, Doctors Treatment Plan, Things To Do Today, Missed
Appointment Log and others. Post these forms to your
office intranet to keep the entire staff on track all day.
